The company grows and expands thanks to Riccardo son of Vincenzo Agresti and at the end of the 90’s he leaves the mill business to his sons Vincenzo and Savino.
With the brand new headquarters, the plants are also renewed and the transformation process of Agrolio begins slowly.
From the acquisition of additional land, passing from 10 hectares to 70 hectares of property and, with the help of technology, the start of the company modernization also applied to the packaging lines that become automatic, optimizing costs and delivery times for products and supporting the distribution and sale.
In line with environmental policies, after a long period of experimentation and the introduction of innovative technological processes, the by-products are also included in a valorisation process thanks to a bio-digester which in turn generates various forms of renewable energy such as: biogas, electricity, thermal energy that jointly feed the entire company.
