Agrolio
Agrolio has for decades been synonymous with extra virgin olive oil obtained exclusively from olives of the Coratina cultivar, known for its organoleptic and health properties. A product that recalls the genuine flavour of tradition and the freshness of freshly picked fruit.
The olive oil mill offers P.D.O. (“Land of Bari” Castel del Monte P.D.O.), P.G.I. and … conventional extra virgin olive oil (“Vecchia Macina”: conventional extra virgin olive oil, 100% made in Apulia), as well as organic and sustainable oils (“Eccelso”: organic extra virgin olive oil from a continuous two-phase plant).
Agrolio guarantees quality control at all stages of production. The extra virgin olive oil is in fact traced from the olive tree to extraction. After harvesting, the olives are transformed into oil within 12-24 hours. Today the company uses four continuous processing lines, a traditional line with granite mills and a continuous vacuum line.

Cantine Agresti
Cantine Agresti is the proof of the ancestral bond between the Agresti family and their land. In fact, all the wines produced have a strong territorial imprint.
The vines from which the wines of Cantine Agresti originate grow in the Murgia, where the temperate climate favours the cultivation of vines rich in olfactory intensity. The result is wines with a strong personality, including Nero di Troia, Negroamaro and Primitivo.
The sunny and scarcely rainy climate of Apulia also helps the production of healthy grapes that do not need synthetic treatments, an ideal condition for practicing organic farming. Cantine Agresti therefore also produces ICEA certified organic wines such as Rosso Bio Puglia P.G.I., Bianco Bio Puglia P.G.I. and Rosato Bio Puglia P.G.I.

Agroenergy
The 500 kWel biogas plant enhances the wet pomace from the processing of olives for oil, to produce electricity and heat, partly reused in the company.
From the anaerobic bio-digestion, a natural organic vegetable fertilizer is also obtained, the digestate, used in the farms of the Group and by other farms in the area.
With the biogas plant, Gruppo Agresti therefore intends to return to the earth what it itself produces, in a perspective of circular economy and environmental sustainability.
