The territory marks everything.

As a result, the oils that are produced there tell every strip of land that marks and marks a very specific identity.

If the other European olive-growing countries have between 50 and 70 cultivars, in Italy there are more than 400 varieties.

The classification criterion of the cultivars, in addition to the specificity of the territory which determines very precise organoleptic and nutritional characteristics, consists in identifying the “use” for which the olives are destined.

There are in fact oil cultivars (therefore destined only to be transformed into oil), table cultivars (therefore table olives destined to be preserved and used in various ways) and finally olives that have a dual use: table and oil.

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is born from the passion and strong bond of the Agresti family to the land.

In the 1930s Vincenzo Agresti, an agricultural entrepreneur from Andria, introduced the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, CORATINA variety and inaugurated a unique oil mill of its kind, with a controlled chain production up to bottling.

Even today, after three generations, we maintain the same technique and the historical equipment with stone millstones.

Our land of Andria tells the cultural traditions of the place, customs, gastronomy, art and local crafts.

For our family, the enhancement of the natural environment together with the continuous search for the quality of our products have been the cornerstones of our mission.

In fact, only starting from a quality raw material we can obtain an excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
